The design could be better for the car park along with extra parking spots for those who have 2 cars or who have visitors.. a lot of the allocation to the parking spots are no where near some peoples apartments either.. could do with a bike storage for those who have a bicycle as there is no other safe place to store them and there is no room in apartments

A lot of traffic noise and kids running up and down the hall, massive pot hole been by the gate for months and not been sorted yet, gates always breaking down.. good aspects are the location is perfect, close to everything needed, right next to canal if wanting a nice walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never respond to any issues. Takes ages to come out and fix anything

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy it could get by the road and the face the windows can’t be changed so summer time it gets way to hot and in the winter it gets way to cold and the storage heaters are not the best

My apartment rooms are not congested which is large and spacious.I have parking area allowed to my apartment. There is a backyard in my apartment which gives space to spend leisure time outside the room and get fresh air as well enjoy the weather which nice one to me

In my area near to home tesco is available which is very helpful to buy daily using products as well as cooking items

When any complaints raised we are normally contacted through the mail service and they will reply within few days

public transport are available near to my apartments including tram

Living on my street is convenient with diverse shops, restaurants, and bars. Public transport links are reliable but sometimes delayed. The area features well-maintained parks and open spaces. Buildings have modern facilities, and management is efficient. Parking can be limited at peak times, but bin collections are regular. While traffic noise is noticeable during rush hours, anti-social behavior is rare. Overall, it's a pleasant and well-managed area.

Living on my street offers a variety of local shops, restaurants, and bars, providing diverse dining and shopping options. Open spaces such as parks are well-maintained, making them ideal for relaxation and recreation. Public transport links are convenient, with frequent bus and train services, although occasional delays can be a problem. Parking is generally available but can become scarce during peak hours. Bin collections are timely, and while anti-social behavior is rare, traffic noise can be noticeable during rush hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very responsive and always within 2 working days

If the windows could be open fully for proper ventilation.

The windows need updating as inside window gets stuck. Lifts need sorting as feels it will break down. Pot hole needs sorting. Needs camera as my car got robbered and they had nothing to proof. Gates always breaking down then have to go out the wrong way.

Alot shops around to do things. Parking is standard but people do park out of spaces. Live on road side so noisy

Not really. When asked about cctv sounded a little rude.

Pot hole near gate still not sorted. Gates always break down. New codes need to be told about

Building management is responsive and diligent, addressing most issues promptly. However, the lift in the building has been problematic at times, frequently breaking down and causing inconvenience for residents. This is an area that requires significant improvement.

Traffic noise is a significant problem, particularly during rush hours. Anti-social behavior is rare, but when it occurs, it can be disturbing. Overall, despite some drawbacks, the area is a pleasant place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been generally responsive and effective in addressing issues. For example, when we needed to replace the washing machine, their response was prompt and efficient, resolving the problem quickly. Overall, they handle resident concerns professionally and ensure timely solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the storage space for the washing machine is quite small, making it difficult to maneuver. The door to this area cannot be fully opened, which can be inconvenient when loading and unloading laundry.
