How bad Matthew Homes are with after-sales and general build quality.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location. The neighbours are all nice people and it is generally a quiet place to live.

Matthew homes were excellent from the get go right from the sales team, Harriet and Linda were fantastic and very informative, they were professional and very proactive in supporting myself and my partner through out our purchase, also would like to say a massive thank you to the site management Andy and Guy for there 1st class customer service. The property itself is well designed and uses the best of quality for the good build

A lovely little area. The village is quaint and the neighbours very friendly, though the local amenities are very limited.

We thought the work in the rest of the development would be finished quicker and I would have asked about this sooner.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is light and the design is modern, while still having a homely feel to it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location to Gloucester Quays for bars/restaurants etc was a main reason for moving in and also the location to the motorway and train station for work. Parking is adequate and there is hardly any noise from traffic. Bin collection is ok but want as mentioned originally.

Need to give more pressue on aftercare to get things resolved

Lounge/dining with large balcony window is lovely and also the bathroom features

The area and place is good and the all services are close to my house. The house is very easy to live in.

One I wish I had known when I moved in was the view outside the window through my window and the customisation

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature about my home is that there is lots of storage and the amount of space in the house
