Great location in the centre of town

Great to have my own space, which a hob, microwave and my own bathroom. There is a communal area which is nice for working remotely and for small social get togethers. There are 4 washing machines and dryers in the building. There is an app to report any issues, but also to communicate with other tenants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location in the centre of town. Right on the high street with an Asda being a 10 minute walk away and the tube a 5 minute. Sometimes can be noisy but otherwise ideal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not personally reported any issues or problems. However there is a weekly newsletter that reports on any concerns made.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think the property is nice and has most of the things that you need. I think without an oven, it is important to think ahead regarding any additional appliances you’ll need and meals to cook.

The rooms are very pretty, and I especially love the common room. The maintenance staff are incredibly helpful, sweet, and humble, resolving issues quickly. The building hosts enjoyable events, and I love having a drink and chatting with my neighbors. There is also a huge private parking space, which is great if you own a car. The safety of the property is unmatched.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This accommodation is ideally situated, offering convenient access to various amenities. Lidl is just a 5-minute walk away, Asda is 10 minutes away, and the station can be reached in 6-7 minutes. Numerous restaurants are within a 2-3 minute walk, and the high street is only a minute away. Its location is perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue I raised was resolved in less than 36 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s a huge Indian store opposite gravity. You will find almost everything.

overall great place to stay, value for money, as long as you don’t mind a broken lift and some stairs !

i love the design of my studio apartment, it has all the facilities required for one person and is very cozy. we’ve had struggles with the communal facilities (the lift has been broken for several months), which has been a painpoint, but the gravity team is transparent in their communication and action taken to solve the issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

gravity co royal heights is located next to a beautiful canal and situated very near to the town centre. it is a 15 minute walk from tesco extra, and only a 7 minute walk from my favourite coffee shop ! i am on the side facing the main road, so it does get loud during the day, but usually quietens down during the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes, they have always been very timely in their responses.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

not really, gravity has a virtual tour on their website and also you can schedule bookings so i was able to have a good idea of what i was moving into.

The building is well managed despite there being no permanent member of staff on site. The team are easy to contact by phone or through the app. Any maintenance issues are solved quickly with good levels of communication. Facilities are good, with on site laundry and common room. The building feels safe and secure.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is located right on the high street with great proximity to shops and local events. Transport links are also excellent with a bus stop located right outside the building and the nearest tube station a 10 minute walk away. Due to being close to Heathrow airport, it can sometimes be noisy but this is only during the day and early evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management respond quickly to any issues I have had, with good communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats can be very hot during the summer but this also means that they are good at keeping in heat during the colder months.
