Facilities are more than adequate for usage with availability 24/7

Facilities are more than adequate for usage with availability 24/7. Other residents are very friendly and building maintenance is kept up to date throughout. Office areas for quiet working are sufficient and provides a nice setting if you are looking to get out of the flat for a while.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very modern and clean area with lots of social interactions. Very quiet majority of the time with a friendly environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems raised to building management have been dealt with good intentions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that we had known more about the parking situations.

The location is good, the parking availability is not enough

The management doesn’t reply back to anyone inquiries, actually take in the questions that the people that live here says, there also needs to be more social events for the building but to ask us our opinions on what type of event that we would want, we want the tents to be more involved

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is good, the parking availability is not enough, I wished there the was more parking spots due to some households has more than 1 car

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The parking space - £150 a month for a space but only one space per household

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I like the location, but I wished that the tram stops were a bit closer.

The design of the interior and exterior of the building is very modern. The facilities are generally good however when there are issues in communal spaces it tends to take a long time to fix. For example the cinema room was closed for over 6 months to be fixed however we were still paying for these facilities even though we couldn’t use it. Management is generally quick to respond and you are able to ask questions and queries via the app.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are close and frequent; there’s tram stops and bus stops 10 minutes away. There are close local shops also. Free on-street parking is limited and underground parking is available for a fee. It’s generally quiet towards the back of the building away from the main road, it does get busy and a bit noisy however when there’s a football match on. The streets can get filled with litter especially on weekends but bin collection is frequent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance requests can be made via the app or there’s an emergency line for more urgent issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s better to have an exterior facing flat rather than one that looks into the courtyard as the courtyard can get noisy at times.
