"Expect warm, oak-toned Karndean floors throughout the open-plan kitchen and dining areas, and contemporary gloss kitchen units with sleek Zanussi appliances. Some apartments have an inviting balcony with space for a table and chairs, and all are fitted with efficient, double-glazed windows. In fact, the development was awarded Code 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, out of a possible six levels, so energy efficiency is maximised throughout the building." – HomeViews Property Pro on Gorleston Street Dolphin Living reviews "10 Gorleston is a great place to live. The units are well built and the courtyard and parks nearby make the space very pleasant. The area is well connected and close to transportation links. The process of renting was quite transparent, so the place is just what I expected." – Anonymous, verified resident at Gorleston Street You can read reviews from Dolphin Living residents on HomeViews. The development has great intentions - discount market rent and fast track to home ownership scheme. We can't complain on that front. Design is excellent - modern although I know others in the building have had lots of maintenance issues with windows which remain unfixed almost a year after moving in. Rooftop is great, if not very basic - it's just a concrete slab. Fortunately the lovely residents have done well to add furniture and make it a nice place to hang out. The main issue is with security in the building which the managment fail to do anything about. It has been getting worse and worse since we moved in. Packages are consistently stolen - people stole mail from letterboxes. I have no faith that the CCTV cameras work since Touchstone refuse to provide footage even after police reports have been filed. Finally just to top it off - FOUR bikes have been stolen from our 'secure' bike storage, undoubtedly aided by our front door which consistently DOES NOT LOCK. Do touchstone or dolphin care? Absolutely not. Thieves are regularly entering our building freely and they dont care at all. Just to add that neighbours are LOVELY and the maintenance team from allenbuild are exceptional. They are the only ones that show any care.
