Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This local is located near to central London, within 30 minutes by local transport and enriched by many green spaces. One of the huge park is Gunnersbury Park, located right behind this building. But since this area is in a highway street area, I believe this area has such a worse pollution (smoke and noise) so that you have be careful to looking for home here. Additionally, sound insulation in each flat should be improved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They response many cases or complaints in timely and helpful. It was all through Apps.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the flat has not really soundproof. I can hear neighbours shouting sometimes and also I’m worrying my children also bothering the neighbours with their noisy voice. But it is fine in normal occasion.

Good: view to the Gunnesbury park from the communal terrace, cinema room, gym Bad: new owner Vonder is insane, they don't answer the mails, don't respect your rights and only tried to fear you, lots of promises without real outcomes. For 2 years of living in the building the communal terrace was closed for apprx 10 months, gym has broken mirror for ages, they did some maintain work on the floor under my flat and it was so noisy and loud in my flat for 3 months, but nobody cares, the bin room is so dirty and there are not enough space for all bags, bikes are traditionally stolen from the parking, lifts doesn't work from time to time and you could stuck in it for 1-2h

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building Manager is ok, but letting service is the worst one, disrespectful to my rights

Landlord behaviour. They closed for 3 months all promised facilities like cinema, terrace, gym (old landlord, not Vonder

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love being away from everything and right next to the park/sports hub, but at the same time just a short distance from central. You can get to anywhere very shortly and Kew Bridge is a lovely area to live next to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they came and fixed a moldy silicone in a day. Was great

I can’t think of anything, overall it’s great to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty of Bars and pubs in the local area as well as places to see. The football stadium across the road is both good and bad as it adds to the congestion but makes the atmosphere more alive. Bin collections are regular and reliable and parking is more than enough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We were ignored by property managers and had to go through several email conversations to get a satisfactory response and felt a little neglected however once issues were brought to attention, management helped us as much as they could.

View the properties and note the differences as although they appear the same, not every apartment is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are quite far although it can be reached by taking a bus. Pedestrian crossing is quite far as well from the bus stop from the opposite side.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building manager responds in a timely manner and is able to address concerns/queries.

Very spacious, loads of storage areas. Concierge should be manned by someone who knows well about the rules/policies
