Its nice overall the buildings are beautiful nice and clean nothing to worry about perfect systems inside gas water and gatden look pretty nice design inside as well outside 2parking spaces which is verry good for the tenants verry good new houses thanks

up to now problems with house have been resolved,we had quite a large amount of cracks in the house,but they have repaired most of them.only outstanding repair weather board in alcove at front door needs repainting due to chemical reaction.

be quite firm with sales rep,about what you need.

The development is lovely looking and the houses are well designed, both giving a feeling of space. The access road has been blocked paved, which is a super feature. The house design also makes a nod to the 'style' of houses in Cumbria ie having a colour around the windows!

Wigton has everything you could need on your doorstep and is only a short stroll from the development. For anything larger, there is Carlisle, a mere 15 minutes by car or with accessible bus and train links, too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Record how the services work. Normally shown on the day you get the keys but, probably, not in the right mindset to hear how things work!

What is the best feature of your home:

The downstairs is open plan, light and airy. Upstairs, the use of a pocket door for the en-suite bathroom is a great feature and a good use of space. There's also a well proportioned garden.

Love the design of the house and how there is different designs. Building management very helpful with the small problems we have had and got them sorted asap. Wish they told us about the service charges at the start however.

Close to town so able to go to the shops easily but far enough to not hear the traffic noise. Close to the train station which is handy

The design of the house is perfect. No steps downstairs easy to get in and out with a pram. A few teething problems when I moved in but they were sorted out swiftly. Pleasant staff easy to deal with.

Within walking distance of the town. Nice quiet estate. Own drives to park on. Bin collections always taken.

Nothing I’m pleased with everything.

What is the best feature of your home:

Garden well fenced in for my dog. Parking easy. Nice neighbours.
