A great place to live.

The building is clean modern minimal, Good use of space, cycling shared facilities and parking. Lack of active maintenance on the property with some issues around the rubbish disposal areas and problem tenants.

Wonderful development which one truly enjoys living at. Very close to town centre and the beach.

No additional comments everything was to be as expected without any hidden surprises

The fit out and overall finish plus our balcony and the view from it.

Fantastic build but poor management

A modern design with a well thought layout. The communal areas are always clean and look after. The biggest downfall for this property is the security and management company. More than 50% of the times the main door does not close properly and the underground parking gates are always broken. Making contact with the management company is difficult with the email address dedicated to the property not operational. Then once in contact the process to reaching a resolution is slow.

Excellent area with easy access to the beach and town. 5 minutes walk and you’re anywhere you want to be. A wide variety of choice of restaurants and bars alongside activities.

Mainly more information on the management company and who to contact.

What is the best feature of your home:

Excellent kitchen and bathroom design, a modern approach.

The "continental design" of the building is stunning and seriously head -turning. Lots of space for cars and bikes, wide stairs and well-lit corridors, clean and inviting space. There is a lot of space and many containers provided for rubbish. I would like the management to repair the gate to the car park below ... and start repairing leaking balconies ...

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location - a few minutes only to the beach or to the town centre. Almost no traffic noise as the building is very soundproof.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would like to have a proper grocery store / market nearby , anything similar to Waitrose, Morrisons or Aldi... local Nisa is too expensive and with a very limited range of products; Tesco in the Triangle and the Square are simply disgusting...

What is the best feature of your home:

Heated floors (no nasty radiators on the walls), very large windows and a huge walk-in wardrobe.

The apartment is well laid out and has underfloor heating which means that we haven’t lost valuable space for radiators. The apartment is fitted with roof to floor widows which means that there is plenty of light and we hear little traffic noise because of the soundproofing.

This apartment is in a great location which is close to the beach and within walking distance of the town.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure that you get a proper and thorough handover and insist that the site team properly demonstrate how to use the heating and ventilation systems.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of our apartment is it’s close proximity to the beach and the gardens.

Overall very satisfied with the design except the conclaves balcony railing takes up space. Also the frame around the balcony makes it appear darker. Property management has room to improve as garage gates are constantly open. No complaints otherwise.

Very close to the town centre and beach. Facing the main road but barely any noise comes in. No complaints.

Perspective of space changes with furniture.

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen is very spacious and removed from the living space without being separated by a wall.
