I have lived here since 2006.we have secure car parking ,no recycling . problems with prostitution.

We thought that our neighbours would be owners .

would have to update the underfloor heating system

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I personally don’t mind but it can get noisy so that may be an issue. I like the accessibility. It is a nice area and feels safe.

I wish I had known how awful the customer service was going to be.

I would add more bathrooms and rooms in the flat as there are not many.

I like how easily I purchased the flat and how central it is. There is a show going on right now so it is very busy which I don't like.

How noisy it was actually going to be and the state of the bin, not ideal for me personally.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the extra space i have to store my thing and room when my family come from france.

Central to city, accessible transportation. The area is a little noisy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow to respond to elevator issues but other than that the other issues were sorted promptly.

The night life around the area is very lively which is great if you’re interested in that but can be noisy if you’re not.

Quite noisy, lively area which suits us, but probably wouldn’t suit everyone. Lots of new bars and restaurants quite often.

What the neighbors were going to be like for the whole time we lived here... lots of short term let’s / air bnb

Extra bedroom would be really good... and more modern bathrooms
