Overall design is amazing would have loved the rooms to be a little bit bigger however lovely layout. Very clever design by building in dishwasher washing machine and fridge making these houses worth the price.reasonable sized dishwasher and washing machine however would have preferred a bigger fridge

Local area is quite crowded however many friendly people and neighbours making it a lovely environment

Responded quickly and efficiently and fixed problems within a week

Wish we knew how friendly everyone in the neighbourhood was

Despite some positive aspects, my experience with the development has been hampered by ongoing construction, which has resulted in inconvenience and noise disturbances. Additionally, the presence of numerous unintentional speed breakers within the vicinity has further exacerbated the issue, making navigation challenging. Regarding the design, while functional, it falls short of expectations in terms of aesthetics and sophistication. The overall layout and features are basic, lacking the flair and modernity that one might expect from a contemporary development. The ongoing construction has been a significant detractor, disrupting daily routines and impacting the quality of life for residents. It's essential for management to address these issues promptly to minimize inconvenience and maintain resident satisfaction. Improvements in communication regarding construction schedules and plans would also help manage expectations and mitigate frustration among residents. Additionally, addressing the issue of unintentional speed breakers could enhance the accessibility and safety of the development. In conclusion, while the development has its merits, such as functional facilities and responsive management, the challenges posed by ongoing construction and design limitations detract from the overall experience. Car insurance is high despite having driver license for 5 years. Lots of construction in progress- quiet a lot of noise since we shifted so haven’t really started living

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There were no bins in the house and no curtains or blinds downstairs affecting privacy but they said we need to buy them ourselves and also need to cover for any damages done while installing

Car insurance is way too high in this area Would have wanted to search more

The building design and the whole development is efficient and well thought out.

The building design and the whole development is efficient and well thought out. Insulation is very good and rooms heat rapidly and retain heat during winter. The garden is a respectable size with high fencing to maintain privacy. The architectural design is uninspiring but that’s been a problem with all new builds since the 1980s.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are several convenience stores within 200m and a Tesco Express about 0.5 miles away. The nearest large shopping developments or supermarkets are in Walsall and West Bromwich which require transportation and are not within easy walking distance. The closest train station is Tame Bridge Parkway which is almost exactly one mile or 15-20 minutes walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes regarding a paint query. Response was rapid. Other than that no issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are no external electrical outlets but that really isn’t a major issue.

The house is great, love the fact there are storage spaces in the main bedroom and under the stairs. Would have been even better if we could store things in the attic. Some minor details like cracks in the paint on the walls etc. The garden doesn’t have much drainage so gets completely flooded during rainy periods.

Good access to local shops. A good pub/restaurant within walking distance. No traffic noice however there is a noise from a factory that goes off every hour. Also there is a lamppost directly outside the house.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It took 6 months to fix a faulty tap. We also had to collect the new tap from the post office.

The address 28 Roman Way never comes up on anything including this review. Which can be frustrating. Would like more info about the local schools. Offside parking. Lots of spaces.

Builders are all so polite and helpful around here. All that they have done is amazing! The houses they have built are brilliant and so lovely outside and inside. Grass cutter often come round to tidy everything up around here which is amazing of them

The area is so lovely and all of our neighbours are so polite. There is a nice little green area where dogs can be walked

Most of the things that have been reported have been fixed

Absolutely nothing. Everything was good with our viewing and our moving in process
