I love the design of the buildings, the building management are very quick in regards to sorting out the repairs when there is an issue. When I reported the bin light not working they came quite quickly, only downside is they didn't let me know they were coming so I didn't know how quick it was sorted. Lovely neighbourhood

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have lots of local shops around us such as morrisons, co op , tesco and aldi. The transport is a little bit of an issue if you dont drive as buses come every 30mins. My area is calm and quiet. The bin collections are always on time the parking is also good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They sorted the bin store light when i reported it. Also had someone come and look at the door as it isnt working

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the expenses of living by myself as the rent goes up.

the building is designed really well, the back door from the parking is very useful. the main hallway is big and bright. the apartment is well designed as well. the storage is definitely a great bonus. the layout is good, the rooms are spacious which makes them easy to arrange. the whole apartment is modern and bright. kitchen is well equipped to a high standard. the building is kept always in good condition, it's cleaned regularly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a fantastic place to live. Very quiet, well planned, with good playground and walking distance from local park. Two parking spaces are very useful, still plenty of places to park around the estate if need be. The only issue we have is irregular bin collections which has been reported on numerous occasions and haven't been dealt with as we would expect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

it is easy to report an issue, but communication after reporting the issue should improve. e.g. if they say they will call me back with an update, they should. now, I need to call few times to get an update.

Good facilities for a family with small children Lots of good things to play on. Near to the big park where you can take dogs for walks and more things to play on and ideal for walking Near to the local shop that supplies everything you need Neighbours are nice

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is good. I have my own drive but I know people that have awful experiences with catalyst

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were told we could anything to the house except knock walls down, that was worth knowing Unfortunately catalyst are not the easiest people to get hold of

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

A covered drive as I didn’t get a house with a garage

Great house, some teething problems with after care

The design of the estate is lovely and well throughout. There is lots of room and the houses are not on top of one another and have plenty of garden space. The communal areas are yet to be finished and property management are charging us full price yet we are yet to have a completed communal area 2 and a half years into the development finishing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are great transport links to London on the train. There is an ample bus service for all local areas. Bins are collected regularly and there is ample parking. There is no traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. We have had communication however it is not always on a timely manner. We have since changed after care managers and they are much better

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How long the communal areas would take to be finished as it has yet to be completed after the whole estate has sold

Lovely development but minor issues

The design/layout of the house is excellent - good open plan kitchen/dining into the lounge and then doors to open up into the garden. Two children’s play areas in the centre of the development. Disappointing building management to the ongoing issues. Disappointing on the lack of / unfinished landscaping on the final phase of the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good local grocery store within walking distance. Large park and playing fields also within walking distance as well as public footpaths and a man-made lake. Not much space for visitors parking but fairly quiet area as there isn’t through traffic. The train station is on the other side of town but you walk there in 20-25 mins or cycle in 10mins with a fast train only 30 mins into London Euston. Overall I think it’s a very nice area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly via email but that is by choice so we have a record of the conversation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good things to know; The open spaces & green space could of been highlighted better. Bad things: didn’t realise the aftercare team was going to be so slow to get things fixed.
