A lovely experience!

The houses are spacious, and thoughtfully designed. There is a good amout of space allocated for parks, green spaces, which is well maintained by the property management. You will see some snagging issues, which the management are willing to look into. This often needs reminders/waiting but the management is responsive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Rowden Brook is a lovely new development in Chippenham, Its a cozy neighborhood, a bit off the busy Bath road, but is in close vicinity of 2 great pubs, about a mile away from popular superstores, and few other DIY stores, electronics shops, etc. Its quite close to a railway line, but surprisingly it doesnt cause any disturbance.. Unfortunately, the public transport services within the town is not something to boast about, but most of the places are walking distance.. for example, its about 20minutes walk to city center/railway station, Overall a nice and peaceful place to live!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The garden size and layout was unclear. Could have planned better if these details were available.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious layout, well ventilated and lighted areas.

Very Happy with our New Home

The development looks to be well planned and as it expands it seems that a lot of thought has gone into there being plenty of green areas and walks. Where we are we have 2 allocated parking spaces, which is great and looks good, but I think more thought could have gone into the parking bay areas so that we were parking in front of our house rather than outside next doors house. Building and property management seems excellent as far as we can tell from a short time here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good supermarkets close at hand. Chippenham town centre with wide variety of shops. Bath, Bristol and Swindon all in easy reach by train or road. Very good open areas close by. Where we are has very limited parking for visitors or tradesmen. We have only lived in this house a very short time but have lived in the area over 20 years. Wiltshire is a very nice county to live in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t think I have any thing to mention here, I believe I had all the information I needed given to me before purchase, and having lived in the area for a long time there were no surprises good or bad.

What is the best feature of your home:

Rather nice moving into a brand new home that nobody else has lived in, which I have never done before.
