The amenities are on your doorstep from transportation by bus,car,train easy reach of Birmingham international and Airport.. Also top quality shops, hotels, restaurants,cinema & theatre.

Wish I had made my decision sooner to buy than later.

The views the layout of the apartment the bathroom's.

Location; shops, local transport, good links to London. Quiet with few issues regarding neighbours..

I got what I expected so nothing to report here particularly.

How new the location feels despite been based around a used building.

You have everything you need close by, a lovely shopping centre with all the amenities. Lovely area to live.

New apartments being built meaning temporarily losing parking space.

What is the best feature of your home:

Lovely design, very spacious and lots of natural light

The management company is very lapse, a lot of tenants have had parcels stolen with no responsibility taken from the management company or any support.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Management company is not very good and parcels have gone missing.

What is the best feature of your home:

Lovely high ceilings, modern decor and very peaceful!

Solihull is a nice place to live with bars and restaurants in walking distance, however there are too many chains

That my parking would be moved to a 5 minute walk away when I wasn’t told this would be the case

What is the best feature of your home:

Modern and cosy. Always happy to come home to my nice flat.
