Customer care have been great for getting snags sorted

Houses have been designed with a modern approach and spread out well compared to other new build developments. Customer care have been great for getting snags sorted compared to using site which was hard to get anywhere with. Throughout the estate has grass areas and trees- however some have been reported as dead but residents have been promised this is going be to get sorted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In a great location, close to A19 and big supermarket. Surrounded woodland area with greats walks. Still waiting for roads to be completed but know it will look great like the rest of the estate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

New build development dead lines seem to get extended

What is the best feature of your home:

Homes are stunning, estate is well kept and each property is spread out.

Peaceful location for a perfect family home

Over all we are happy with the development we have had a issue with the drainage in the garden which Miller have fixed (hopefully) The roads are a issue as they have not been completed and they are very uneven and with all the houses around completed I’d have thought the roads would now be finished We have had no issues inside the property the finish is to a good standard and the layout works well for our family

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are good but it’s about a 10min walk to the main bus stop 2 supermarkets very near, and very near local schools We have a dog and we are surrounded with woodland walks Parking can be a little bit of an issue but this can be due to people being thoughtless when parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we had the garden turfed before we moved in, as this caused a lot of problems with the dog in the bad weather

What is the best feature of your home:

Out location is on the edge of the estate so we are very tree lined which we love and the layout of the house works perfect with 2 teenage girls

Lovely development with beautiful landscaping and sense of community . Houses are well spaced not to close together. Lots of walks in the local area from our front door. The area has been landscaped with lighting and paths bringing urban living and rural area together

Impressive

The house is well built and very warm. Any problems I have had millers have resolved for me quickly. I would say the only disappointing thing is that the grassed area over the road to me hasn’t been tended to and can be a bit of an eyesore but overall the development is lovely and I love to live here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are close. Close to the A19 for work. Plenty of parking on my drive and the road. It’s very peaceful living here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Read your pack that you are given.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the kitchen/diner area it’s nice and spacious with the patio doors opening out onto the garden.

Design of properties are modern and there is varied choice

Design of properties are modern and there is varied choice. The rendered bay windows add space and light to the houses. We have lots of space on our drive for 4-6cars which is a bonus. Our garden is a decent size front and back and I think the railings that have been put round the boundaries of each house are excellent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links Good local shops however would be ideal if there was a small convenience shop on the estate. Parking is good outside of our house however some of the houses have limited parking and roads are narrow.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The original plans stated there would be shops/school/pubs however this has not finalised. We maybes would have thought more about moving here as I think this area needs these things considering the amount of houses that are being built.

What is the best feature of your home:

The size of our drive and for a 3 bedroom house all rooms are big which is a bonus.
