The development is very good. Building and the apartments are great and spacious, modern fittings and kitchen. Is a great area compared with other areas, is close to the train station, bus station, 10 minutes from the airport, so is perfect for commuting

You have Aldi supermarket , B&M, Poundland and so many more shops 10 minutes walking distance. Private parking and on street parking spaces

Build design is very modern and sleek. With keyless entry to the build, fob restricts unnecessary movements of people across different level which is great. You only see resident of the same floor. It has 3 roof gardens and 2 ground gardens which makes it even more exciting in summers when kids want to play with secure fencing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is brilliant with a minute walk to luton airport train station and 6 minutes walk to retail park with supermarkets. luton town centre and other amenities are walking distance. Build is very secure and parking control with ANPR is brilliant. The only drawback is by the time of viewing I was told about the gym group, CO OP and Subway opening. Been a year now and still waiting.

Luton dart service. It is an amazing service with 50% off travel fee for luton residents.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the open plan kitchen and view towards the luton train station.

the build is great and service is good. The apartment is well ventilated and keeps the heat in which is great for winter. If there are any issues the concierge service is helpful, and convenient if you are always getting deliveries. Location was the main reason.

Was told there would be a gym and restaurant/supermarket openings but still waiting however build is close to the train station so is perfect for commuting

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym would take time to set up and open. This was another reason we wanted the apartment.

What is the best feature of your home:

The build is well insulated. We don’t use the heating that often.

The apartments are all very modern and clean. The staff keep everything really organised and tidy at all times. The only downside is the time it’s taking for the facilities, such as the gym to open. The Development also has lack of parking space and a private parking bay is quite expensive.

The apartments are located in a very good area which is close to a station, a retail park and an airport.

I wish I knew about facilities, such as the gym taking so long to open
