Not good customer service from the estate agent , but amazing management team that takes care of the buildings and help you with everything, I am a scandinavian so the design of the building suits me as it s very simple and modern.

Very convenient location, i have a gym outside and convenience shops very close to the accomodation

Helpful every time that I needed them. All the people working here are great.

I love the furniture inside, i do have a great landlord that is most helpful and all residents are friendly and open to help each other. It s a very safe environment with 24 h concierge. It s convenient location.

Very quiet location, relaxed place to live in and very close to entertaining venues as Arena Birmingham and Brindley Place.

There is nothing wrong about the building we are living at the moment , it is just a bit outdated and it is in the need of some light refurbishment, otherwise there is a quite good management of the building .
