Price increase every year by property management. Will not recommend them. Facilities like shops and sports club near by. Walkable distance to all the amenities. School is bit tricky need to cross tunnel but coming in this development anyway in future so thats not the issue.

Shops near by, safe place in Basildon to live. Decent neighbours. No strange things observed in this area.

Children play area disappointing need one in this department

Set up nicely safe roads. We love it here the neighbours are very nice. I would recommend that you should live here. There isn’t many child friendly places such as parks unless you can drive there but isn’t very walk friendly as with most places on Essex

overall construction of the property is good and management response to the issues is delay but finally they resolve issues. Still planning to build more homes as phase-3 and not sure when it will start.

Pros: 1. near to shopping center. 2. Less traffic, easy access to A127. 3. good locality. cons: 1. No train station nearby. 2. estate fees-yearly.

all bedrooms are double size and football garden view.

Great place for shops but not good for all.

We been promised that communal park will have children activities but nothing at the end. Based on that promise I signed the contract fro estate agent fee. But I am paying more than I signed-up and didn't expect what development promised like children activities and wide road. I am living in this development since 4 years, first two street light after entering gardeners lane never lit. Road at the moment is narrow and bent, need to be cautious while driving.

Location is great near to shops, but no good access for school and NHS nearby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Safe walk access to schools and NHS Children play park Wide road and safe place for pedestrians to walk Estate agent fee but we are not getting what we promised for.

Wide road and extra space, so pedestrians can walk along the side of road Solar panels Smart heating system Bust stop Safe walk access to schools and NHS

Design and facilities are to a decent standard especially appeal to a first time buyer. General building management and property management let down the rating as landscaping has been let down with fake promises of what it would look like and sorting snags when first moved in was slow to sort.

Location is a selling point for this house - lots of restaurants/shops nearby walk/drive. Transport into London is only 30 mins C2C which is a great, reliable line. Living on the street can be busy at times, with incorrect parking and moderate traffic noise but generally pedestrian quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we did more research on help to buy as it is easy to sign up but hard to get out off.

What is the best feature of your home:

Our garden/outdoor space. Was bigger than we imagine it be and suits our needs well.
