Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability is poor, bin collection is infrequent, other tenants are extremely noisy to no avail. My car has also been keyed whilst parked at four oaks

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. maintenance responded to queries in a timely fashion

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise levels are very high and it is frequently very cold in the flats due to bad placements of the radiators

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are good shops, restaurants and bars around in the area. I don’t really have any negative thing to say about the area itself.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven’t really responded to any problems or issues in a way that solves the issue. I am constantly bringing up the same problems and issues with no change.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would’ve known how poor the service would be from the property management

Good location, close to amenities and a nice area. Good parking availability and building security overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve responded well but slowly. There have also been issues with lifts in the building recently which have taken a while to fix

The bin stores are outside of the building and probably too small
