Nice Apartments, Fair Price

It's a simple layout for the building and can be accessed on all four sides of the square. It has gated allocated parking. No concierge so parcels can't be held with anyone. Bin store is close which is good. No onsite management to contact. Would be nice if there was a gym or more communal spaces to walk around in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Industrial area that's currently still undergoing renovation. New apartment blocks are being built and the Digbeth regeneration will take a while to finish. So currently there aren't many shops, but it is close to city centre and bars.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The panel heaters in the all electric flats take a while to heat the whole room.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is probably the connectivity to the internet and TV. The broadband providers aren't well known but their service has been excellent and easy to setup.

New build and very close to town which useful for things like going to the shop for groceries. Apartments are a nice size and has an Open plan layout which is great. The windows are large and let in a lot of natural sign light. There’s a nice outdoor communal ground.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Right near town - walking distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Electric meters are not within your apartments

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I’d prefer a bigger wardrobe and more kitchen cupboard space.
