Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Digbeth One2 is a place to live in. It is close proximity to the Coach Station, Train Station, Indoor & Open Market, City Center, most shopping arenas (10 minutes walk and 3 minutes by bus). Transportation is the best around this route because it’s easily accessible. It is also peaceful contrary to the review I once heard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the rooftop prior but I totally enjoy it right now.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home has to be my bedroom. I love my huge window.

Overall the property is nice but the amenities are very bad specially lift. It is almost always not working.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the lift doesn’t work and the gates are locked which you can’t even open from your fob

What is the best feature of your home:

Hard Flooring is one of the best thing this building has.

Nice modern design, a with good lift accessibility

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brand new development with good flats and design. Location has its pros and cons. It is quite close to the city centre, only 15 min walk. However there are not many local supermarkets such as Tesco to facilitate daily purchases.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had looked into the local shops, restaurants and surroundings. If you do not have a car I this can be tricky.

What is the best feature of your home:

Very spacious and modern design. Good functionality.

Located very close to Birmingham City centre, this is only a 25 minute walk away. The custard factory is also a good addition to this location with good restaurant.

It would have been of value to know that there are not many local mini supermarkets.

The parking site included as well as very big rooms.

Quite a walk for local shopping. Noise from road. Not enough parking. One side has very little lighting and can be dangerous to walk even in a group. Good transport nearby, good access to city and local bars and pubs. Nice view.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No parking for everyone. Problems with deliveries.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view is excellent from the flat. The space in the flat is also excellent.
