Good quality houses and good customer service poor location

Good quality houses . Good customer service after and before sale. Design is good in the house. Sound isolation is bad. Garden sorted. Snagging issues dealt with timely manner . Builder helped after completion to explain details of the built. Could check during development stages

Built in Andrea and they did not plan more roads leading onto the estate ; traffic is heavy around area , nearby factory employees are working all round . Poor logistic planning

Poor local traffic , parking trucks causing narrow roads leading to estate ;

What is the best feature of your home:

Size of house , flooring good quality expect for the carpet, equipment are good qualities,

Estate is not complete so cannot comment on management. Houses well spaced out. Lots of cul de sacs. Excellent location with motorway and shops nearby. Only x1 main access to estate, industrial park nearby can experience a lot of congestion with lorries

Very close to retail park. Numerous shops and multiple supermarkets all within walking distance. Bus stop on development, train station 10 minute drive - 30 minute walk. Bin collections on time, minimal traffic noise on cul de sac

Nearby walking routes - tamworth canal, access along river to town centre, hopwas woods

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen living space for socialising. Space to cook, eat and sit. Inviting room for guests

Very good yet areas that aren’t so good, management were good yet when you want something doing it takes a while for it to be sorted. The design of the house is perfect, yet being in here 2 years now noticing so design issues and getting them sorted now over the 2 years you have to get them done yourself

Bad getting into the estate, noise from the warehouses and Lorries not good and boy racers using estate

Snags, and how many there would be for a new home, and trying to get them all rectified so many different people coming out

What is the best feature of your home:

Garden especially now we have had it landscaped, large garden for a new build house

The houses are all different ,many designs mixed together.Each house has a good distance from neighbouring house giving privacy.The houses are well built and any problems promptly delt with.Although close to industrial estate we have good country views.The design of the estate and roads well thought out,even if abused by industrial estate lorries.The green spaces are managed well so far.

Close to Town centre for shops and transport. Ventura shopping centre literally over the road.Good bus route available.The lorries on the trading estate as you come onto estate have been troublesome in The way they park and leave rubbish.Really need a post box too.

Would like to know if the country views will stay but nobody seems to know if further building will take place or if we will suddenly be surrounded with telephone masts .

What is the best feature of your home:

We like the room sizes and the house design.We like the surrounding open spaces.The house has been well built and the roads are nice and wide
