Great commuting links and close to all essential shops. Close enough to the centre of city. Parking availability is ample and bin collections are efficient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we knew the concrete plans of all the facilities on site

What is the best feature of your home:

Our favourite feature of our home is the French doors into the garden. Brings a lot of light into the kitchen and through to the lounge. Nice to have outdoor indoor living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a lovely shopping centre in Yate where you can get everything you need on a daily bases. Saying that the development should have a school a local store and playgrounds and 4 years in hardly anything has been completed. The bus started to run but it looks like the route will no longer be serviced as there isn’t enough of money to keep it going.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wouldn’t buy off plan again. There is nothing like seeing the house already built and the environment around it.

What is the best feature of your home:

Super energy efficient, airy and bright, no need to fix anything.
