I love this place. Really new and clean. The building is beautiful and warm plus well maintained and secure. What i love the most is the location. Really close to basically everything. I dont even need a car.

It is noisy during the weekend nights and you can hear the police sirens really loud.

The noise during the weekend and the fact that the meters are outside of our reach.

As a student I needed something affordable and fairly nice to move in and this flat and location is perfect for that. Sometimes the area can get a little noisy because of the nearby pubs. Everyone congregates around here. As I mentioned I enjoy the close restaurants and my University is not too far either.

I really enjoy that there are many restaurants nearby

I have been living here for 5 years and my landlord gave me all the necessary information

I am fully satisfied with my accommodation, as a student it's an affordable location and within walking distance.

Friday nights can get fairly loud outside the building by the bars and also inside the building when people have parties. The flat itself is very nice and the facilities are great, but I wish the rent was cheaper.

Close to all the transport links amd also the centrr of town is just a short walk away

The place is nice and modern and has good facilities, but being next to a main road can be loud and also the cars tend to go very fast down that road, which can mean there has been a few accidents in the past few years. Despite that I like the place and will love here for a while.

I enjoy the central location and easy access to the school of my daughter.

That I would never see my landlord and that they are hard to contact

I enjoy the area and would recommend to future tenants. The building and the concierge service is excellent. I like that the facilities that I require are nearby. There are lovely people in this building and that attracts a certain type of person also.

Noisey, especially at night time amd weekends .

Too many bars im the nearby area which can mean there is a lot of drunk people and noise on the weekends
