Roads leading to our street have parking issues. Residents parking opposite junctions as not enough allocated parking spaces. Very occasional anti social behaviour from young children. Our street we have lovely neighbours who all get along and help each other out.

How long it would take for snagging issues to be resolved.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view. Hopefully no future developments built in front of us in the future.

Set on major road and rail links, walking distance of rail and bus stops. Walking distance to shops, bars and leisure facilities

The area is very boggy so garden isn’t very user friendly when it’s rainy

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen is beautiful in this house and it is in a great location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our nearest shops are approx 1 mile from the persimmon development. Shops are easily accessed by cars. Parking on the development is not great, as not enough allocated spaces for everyone. We are due to have a bus route that comes through the middle of the site however this still has not been set up as of yet due to houses still being built. Bin collections appear to be ok. The area is peaceful and quiet considering how big the development is.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We would have purchased all our own flooring as the flooring provided was poor quality.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love our home, great sized rooms within the house with a lovely sized garden!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The bad aspects of the local area would be the speeding on the roads. The good aspects would be of how quiet the area is.

I wish I’d known more about how many houses were getting built.

What is the best feature of your home:

My kitchen is the best part of my house just the right size for our small family.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area Is good, grown up in the area and always found this area of town to be very pleasant. Local shops are good and some nice local restaurants

That the walls aren’t fully plastered, only boarded, making dents very common

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the kitchen it’s exactly how we want it, and live the ease of being able to speak to the kitchen supplier to add any other cabinets we wanted after we’ve moved in to completely perfect it.
