Fletchers Rise is a lovely estate, views are perfect, lovely little park for the children and lots of landscaping, efforts made to keep the original landscape as much as possible. Had initial issue with electricity meaning the road had to be dug up and I had no power but otherwise the estate is currently well maintained, developers still on site. Grounds are kept really tidy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love my new home, it’s a beautiful place and somewhere myself and the children could never have afforded to live despite me working full time, without shared ownership

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently no problems, friendly service

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have nothing bad to say about the estate the house or the setting
