It is a small town with a Spar, takeaways and a couple of pubs. There is lots of open space beside the river Esk and a small park. I live on a quiet street with no parking issues, fortnightly bin collections and no anti social behaviour.

It took a lot of work to sort the garden out. Soil was full of stones and bricks.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the size of my kitchen, the French doors going out to my garden and the utility room xxx

Local amenities within walking distance. Good transport links to local city.

Drainage issues.

Spacious yet compact. Big garden and energy efficient.

We live in a really quiet area with lovely walks next to no anti-social behaviour we have a double drive with our home so no problems for parking my only issue with the local area is there could be me more for kids

I think just make sure when you go for your home demo you really check every single thing to make sure you are completely happy but also don’t be put off as you have to remember if you bought an old house it would also have things to fix

What is the best feature of your home:

I love my garden we have a very spacious garden and I love that the French doors open put on to it on a nice day and let’s the outside in

Quite estate, plenty of parking if you have guest visiting. Always kept looking nice, everyone is lovely and friendly!

Getting things done in your home once you have moved in is a bit of a nightmare
