Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great local walks for the dogs a few great shops on our doorstep and nice views! Can’t fault the area other than the odd crime round here with kids usually but all in all we like the area!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how poor quality of a builder Gleeson are, paintwork poor, glossing poor, joinery is poor poor work is horrendous!

What is the best feature of your home:

The garden, other than it slipping away the garden is the best feature due to the size

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love my house, living on this street is great, theres no noise and barely any traffic. Bin collections is fantastic as its in the middle of the week and not the end of the week which I prefer if being the middle. The transport links are good, the bus station is nearby so you dont have to walk far. All these brand new houses have garages so if you have lots of storage or if you have a vehicle you can store it in the garage. There is no anti social behaviour around this area and its an lovely area to raise a family.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Finding out where the water meter is as I didnt know where it was XD. Make sure they show you where all the meters are.

What is the best feature of your home:

I cant put my finger on something specific as the house itself is perfect and beautiful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A nice place to live with hardly any traffic and lots of local shops and takeaway shops plus good parking spots

The amount of dirt that comes from the development not being finished

What is the best feature of your home:

Having an en-suite and a garage with our 3 bed house at such a good price

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Where we live at the moment they is shops right next to us wether it’s a takeaway, tesco or greggs that you want it’s their and they is bigger superstores about 15 minutes away from us plus a big shopping centre close by too

The only thing I hate is that the drives aren’t tarmaced and that the development is ongoing to my car is constantly filthy and the dirt that comes through the vents of the roads

The price for a 3 bed detached with garage you cannot go wrong
