The Design of houses in the estate are great, but the design of the gardens is terrible we had to spend a considerable amount of money to make ours useable. Buildings and property management have been ok. Another downside is the pointless grassed pavements they’ve randomly put in some areas.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are some lovely local pubs nearby, great area for nice walks. Don’t hear any traffic noise considering we are quite close to a main road, parking isn’t bad but quite a few vans park around the estate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were shocked at the state of the gardens, huge amounts of rubbish and materials found under garden when we had to redo it to make it useable.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love our kitchen, dining family room we spend most of our time in there.

Love our home. Brilliant layout with a large garden. Charles church have been brilliant at fixing any problems that have Occurred. Quiet site with lots of families. Site is well looked after and security is good. Jack and Mike on site were really helpful with everything.

Lovely quiet site with lots of families. Could do with more shops or a gym up this way.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we had drainage in the back garden before moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Love all of our home. Love how spacious the garden is.

Nice place to live, small issues

The plumbing/drains have been an issue for a year and a half now. There is no lighting in the carpark area which can be challenging. Nice design of house with good size garden, issues resolved when reported.

Lovely area, quiet, feels safe. Bin collection is hit or miss. No anti social behaviour issues. Close to supermarkets, schools and parks.

What is the best feature of your home:

Downstairs bathroom which is useful Lovely neighbours.

My main negative to the development aspect is the for cement of having to go with an isp that is owned by the developer. Also, on thorough inspection of the building clearly it was rushed to be complete as there are longevity issues. Also, the developer has been extremely inconsiderate in regards to road access by blocking off a second site access and leaving only one road out with is frequency blocked by the absolutely appalling contractors selected for the jobs (Rd nairn).

For range and quality of local shop etc there are none. Have to drive a distance of 3 plus miles to nearest good shop. Living on your street is okay when considering just off a main busy street. But minimal asbo behaviour, however delivery driver have problems locating due to nonsensical property numbering and site layout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the only ips available is fibrenest.

What is the best feature of your home:

The size of the rooms in relation to the price tag is generous compared to other developers.

Good see above what I have written re good area which is quiet. Could do with a park for local children to play at as closest one is a good walk away for a child. The layout is good as there is not much heavy traffic near my plot. Any issues with the house were also rectified

Good open space. needs a play park for local kids and it took a while to establish what was happening with the road surfacing.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location as it’s quiet and peaceful property is well built
