The design was clean and spacious with high quality appliances such as a dishwasher which is not often found in properties like this. The space for a studio was very large and the dividing wall made it feel as though there was a separate living and sleeping area

the property is located very close to shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport and can quickly and easily walk to them all

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues were acknowledged through the reporting system and dealt with quickly and updates given along the way

I would have liked to have known who to contact for any immediate issues when moving in

really convenient that bills are included. fast wifi. nice, clean and modern interiors that are repainted every year. issues are usually quickly dealt with and are pretty easy to report. the doors automatically lock after you and there is access to the main entrances camera from your rooms intercom.

really close to eccy road and the collegiate campus. lots of break in with nearby cars but plenty of parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

easy to report maintenance. often come out to deal with the issue within a week

lots of rats in the bins which are very often overcrowded. lots of broken car windows nearby and in the private car park.

Design of the building was great and great furnishings. Having a dishwasher was a great advantage and using a stud wall to separate the living room and bedroom in a studio went a long way to making it feel more like a flat. Colour scheme was modern and not too boring either

Close to eccy road so lots of place to eat and drink but can be noisy on occasion on the weekends. Generally is fine though

Building maintenance was handled quickly and efficiently

Tips on convenient places to park if you couldn’t afford the paid parking. I found this cost very expensive

Great place to live for a couple

The design and apartments are great. They’re modern and perfect for us as a couple. The building management are great and very helpful with whatever you need. Everything is kept up to date and the management team are very helpful when you need them :)

Loads of bars, restuarants, takeaways nearby. Great area, near to Sheff Hallam campus and shops too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always came round to switfly fix any issues we had :)

Design is fairly straightforward, building layout is simple but effective. No communal areas except by the front door. Bins are emptied regularly but overflow often and have rats in. Property management has been okay, when I needed my kitchen fan extractor replacing they did it promptly, although did not tell me they had been.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Just off of Ecclesall Road, a lovely area with cafes, bars and shops. A short walk from the Botanical Gardens and Endcliffe Park for green spaces. A short walk to the city centre in one direction and a direct drive to the Peak District in the other. Off-street parking available. Negatives are slightly noisy from the road with the area having good nightlife and some antisocial behaviour, although it has never been a problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They replaced my kitchen extractor fan within 2 days, although did not notify me they had been.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tap the bins with your foot before opening then because the rats don’t like to be surprised.
