Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is nice and quiet, even within the building. Bin collections are regular although the area does get messy when bin collections are delayed. There is a nearby bus stop to the city which is normally fine but busy on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a broken washing machine and an oven which blew the fuse. Both were fixed quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When we first moved in there was only a waitrose for food. There is now also a nearby sainsburies and a few other amenities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good parking availability with a bus stop just in front of the property. Multiple access doors and spacious surroundings amidst a quiet neighbourhood of Cambridge. Despite a main road running parallel, no traffic noise as such. 10 minute walk from the nearest grocery store and 20-30 minute walk into town. Special mention goes to the parcel delivery system - they have thought of it all!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My only real issue was the fact management said the flat was professionally cleaned a few days prior but there was clear evidence (multiple cobwebs, saw dust) that it had not been cleaned to a standard suitable for living when I moved in. Management were helpful to offer another cleaner however this didn't really help my situation on the first day. All other issues since have been dealt with speedily and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Really love the convenience of not having keys or to pay bills. Would have liked to know the strict parking rules to avoid upsetting neighbours (plenty of parking round the back).

Huntingdon is close by which has everything you could need, St Ives is a great place to eat as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded. Not always quickly but they always respond. Unfortunately the men that do the work are inadequate.. they will rush the job and often damage the property in the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was told that there would be a working access gate. This was never something that was implemented.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a pub across the road and bus stop for bus 5/6 is right outside of the building which is very convenient. It is a very quiet and peaceful street which is amazing. The location is perfect for me as it is not too far from the city and close to the bus stop I use to go to work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we needed help the agency responded very quickly and provided fast assisstance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When we received a video of the flat before renting the bad had a head-board however after moving in we were told due to the placement of the bed we cannot have a head board and this can get uncomfortabe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very modern, close to city centre, affordable flat. Drawback is the size of the flat (too small) so a bit crowded

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they respond promptly whenever I encounter issues in my flat.

There are no specific things that I had wished I’ve known before moving in.
