Expensive but trendy

High spec appliances and gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. Everything is nice and new and the colour scheme is really nice. Concierge is nice and the post room is handy and high tech. I found the Bluetooth keys although novel, they often glitches or didn't work . The living room area for residents is dead and you can't use the TV because there isn't a licence for it. There's not really anywhere to hang out and there's no residents events like they promised. Very expensive for what you get.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazingly close to the gym, Aldi and the train station. Great to get on to the canal too. Beautiful building inside and out. Near to parking

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad the landlord would be to deal with. That the coffee machine isn't free as promised so never gets used. That maintence takes months.

What is the best feature of your home:

Floor to ceiling windows are beautiful and great for people watching

Burlington House Review

I think the overall design is good and allows space to be utilised well. I'm a fan of the concrete beam, albeit that might not be to everyones taste. My one comment for improvement would be if there was a way to get more light into the property as it can be quite gloomy at times. The management is up to spec.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think the proprery is great. An ideal location which has a high spec and coveres all bases.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe a better idea of the neighbours I was to live with. Some are a tad noisy and can smell out the halls at times with smoking etc.

I own a studio which is quite small. The worst part is that there are no laundry facilities which we were told there would be. There are no laundry services in the area perhaps this is something that could be advertised. I love the colour scheme and it is very clean.

On an evening there is some unsavoury characters but vibrant in the day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known that there would be no laundry facilities nearby

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would like to have my own laundry facilities in the flat

It is a nice area and i like how there is a lot going on, there is a lot of different restaurants and bars close by which is good for the social side of this particular building. I am not a fan of the design of the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very close to work and cheap for the area compared to other buildings.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The design is too complex and i wasn't aware of this before i moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The area is the best bit, so close to everything you want.
