The development is a nice family area which is situated in a brilliant location to reach central London (bethel green). The design isn’t modern but isn’t old fashioned either. The build is of a good standard with it being warm in winter and cool in summer. The sound proofing is also brilliant with no noise from other residents heard throughout the day or night. The balcony is a decent size with enough room for table and chairs to be outside giving the option to enjoy the outdoors in your own private space. Regular building work is carries out to ensure the property is up to scratch, the windows are currently bein surveyed as well as some of the stone work being replaced recently. I think it is good value for money considering what I am getting. The customer services could be a little better as it is occasionally hard to get hold of people but it is otherwise very good.
