There is a pub nearby. The station is 5 mins walking along with a grocery store. There is a small market which comes in handy when needed with an Indian restaurant, a hair dressing shop, laundary shop, etc all within walking distance. There is a riverside park which leads to Greenwich foot tunnel which also comes in very handy.

There is no water meter in the building and water rates are not included.
