The design is quite modern and plain but it’s functional and spacious. The facilities are modern and functional. The flats are really energy efficient and well insulated. Building management is not the best but in line with similar block across London.

Great transport links, good shops and good schools. Lively community of families and close to great parks

They have intervened but the process is pretty lengthy

The flat is amazing, great good quality for everything inside, hardwood floors, all was built to great standards. The lighting is really enlighting, positioning of the furniture, bathrooms all is great. And the balcony is just amazing. We extremely happy with our new home.

The location is just great, clean area and all sort of shops available within 1 mile. Very close to train station, literally just outside and bus stops just 1 minute away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew few years ago how it feels to be in your own home so I would’ve started sooner the process of saving and buying. It is totally worth it. It already feels like home after only 2 weeks.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Maybe if the shower from our bedroom was a little bit bigger would have been awesome but we got the bathroom big enough, so no issues here.

My personal experience in living here has been excellent, if I could I would personally recommend anyone to live here however it is overpriced but that is typical of London. In a nutshell the property location is great as it is close to the children schools and not far from central London.

To be perfectly frank I do not dislike anything about this area whatsoever. I really enjoy living near the shops and station.

I actually have been quite happy with this property, there is a lot of things I like about the flat and the area, however there was a problem with the wash machine not being installed properly and as a result flooded the whole floor.

Like the safety, good for transport, dislike the location a bit too far out of central London.

The houses hadn't been built properly, the kitchen flooded, washing machine hadn't been installed properly

The one thing I would change about the property would be something like a private garden.

Generally the area is a great place to live, the property is nice a spacious, it is close to the kids' schools, the shops are really close by, however the housing association is terrible but the property developer is good.

Honestly I do not dislike anything about the area, I really do enjoy living here as it is close to central and work

The one thing I wish I had known before I moved in would be honestly the difficulty of the housing association.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home would have to be my living room soace, very good for my children.
