I do not recommend this building at all!

Good: location Bad: anything else. Very poor, raves frequently happened, lifts broken for months, unsafe, dirty, easy to find stuff in the lobby,.. Joints smell is regular. Not a safe place to get Amazon parcels either. Also, often heating and water issues.

Good: location to Central London Bad: anything else. The area has become very unsafe, dirty and a bit dangerous.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management does not pay any attention. The common space is a mess.

The landlord. The landlords of this building are quite tricky. Be careful!

The management is quite good, when we ask something they are réactif in general The guardian turn around the building, checking everything and everyday Only point négatif is the parking, not accessible to everyone who's living in this building if the landlord don't do the administration For the rest everything find

Location are really good, coop in front so everything good The flat is quiet and really good to be relaxing. We got a direct acces to the station, how's making the transport to London easier

We don't really see anyone, the community is very quiet

The home is quite and we got no trouble The landlord is réactif

It's a good new build very modern inside but problems are that sometimes the internet connection is really slow and it also gets really hot in the room especially after heatwaves which is annoying but is okay in winter.

Doesn't look great from the outside problems with new build lift was broken for about a month not great customer service not 24 hour concierge just part time not great but helpful when they are there !!

Its very close to the children school, good for family, close to both east croydon and west croydon so very accessible also close to shopping centre which is very good. Feels unsafe in the area but the security in the building is very good.

Sometimes feels unsafe but really likes the shopping centre

The lift is sometimes not fully working and takes them a while to fix it

None felt fully informed so no complaints very pleased
