Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful area and a great community, overall we have a lovely home that we love however we have had to push a side alot of damage to our property from builders rushing and not doing a good job We have lived in our home for 5 years and still are waiting for soverign to fix ours issues Roads are slowly getting better but have been awful for years, the roads are far too narrow and is not idea for a busy community coming in and out all the time Car are forced to stop to let people through first And I can't imagine what emergency services would go through if they had to get some someone's quickly It is awful on bin day as bin lorries are just too big and they block the road ( not there fault) Since living here we have had no problems from anti social behaviour and has some lovely neighbours

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Won't take responsibility and bounce my problems back and forth from soverign to bovis

How unreliable soverign Is and wish I didn't go for a new build!

Parking is okay as I had two spaces. Bins were collected well but litter was often left on streets for weeks before being cleared. Fairly nice neighbourhood and little traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very hard to get support but for the major things they were good

The houses are not built to the best standard so make sure to survey well before purchase

Lovely village, all good locations near by, just lacking post box and dog poo bins and pavements left unsafe, overall beautiful house in a beautiful village, low traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None have been raised, normal wear and tear on the house for a new build

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live on a good street where all residents predominantly use their drives and parking spaces. We are near to the shop, cafe and hairdressers and I use all of them. There is a good bus link to the town centre which is great when I need to get the train

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sovereign gave me a B&Q voucher and a shopping voucher to covers up for crest mistakes and errors that they wouldn’t compensate her

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Always check your boundaries - I gained in garden size after moving in as Crest put the fence in wrong

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice village just to the back of previous major developments creating a somewhat peaceful divide from maintstream Swindon. Close to a419 for convenient traveling. All local amenities close by. Parking space fine although shops can be tough for parking. No traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initial important snagging work was not shown importance and was passed pillar to post as to who's fault or responsibility it was, never properly addressed

Timelines for completion of full development, similarly time lines for completion of road, paths etc of property
