I do love the studio design. Spacious but cosy and homely. Very modern and thought-through. However I will say it takes a while to get things fixed if/when they are damaged. And it's difficult to keep warm in the winter but it gets too hot in the summer.

Love the proximity to essentials like the big Tesco, Pharmacy and transport links. It's a pretty convenient and safe location and tenants are generally friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not very swiftly. It often takes a while to get a hold of maintenance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think the process was quite smooth and staff was very helpful in general.

Poor building management, lack of property maintenance and ignoring tenants concerns including safety issues. High rental costs which does not reflect properties standards. Lack of response to tenants' complaints and unacceptable delays in dealing with issues reported by tenants.

Living in this area is quite convenient in terms of public transport availability and commuting. Many shops and supermarkets in a walk distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lack of communication, massive delays, ignoring tenants concerns including safety issues.

Seek external opinion and tenants feedback on agency services.
