Great and modern flat with good quality of furniture. The design is simple and it's decorated with beautiful paints and wallpapers. Maintenance is excellent and were always responding very quickly. The view of the apartment is so amazing and the windows are big as you can enjoy the view. Lounge area is big and accommodates many people with TV and dining table provided. Kitchen facilities are all provided and a cleaner visits the property every week for cleaning. Great privacy in the flat as no noise was ever heard. Heating is always good and switched on 24 hours in winter. Moreover, great customer service provided as the average response time is around one business day.

I like about the location is the shops and restaurants available and the nice parks around, as it's very close to the tube station.

I wish I met the flatmates first during the viewing to get to know more about them.

I really like this development. It is based in a perfect area and is close to public transport. The cons are, that it is not as clean as expected and the building came pretty down.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are shops nearby, a street food market, fashion shops, 3 tube lines and bus stations closd
