Fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms maximise the available space, and many apartments have en-suite bathrooms." – HomeViews Property Pro on Southside Apartments Regnum Homes reviews "Was a new build when I first moved in but certain parts were not quite finished. That aside, it was great to have everything more or less brand new and with some furnishing also. 3 yrs on and we’re still waiting for the owners of the building to finish a garden and install a lift that’s been promised since I moved in. Everything within the flat itself is fine and if you need anything done internally it’s done immediately which is good." – K Dough, verified resident at Southside Apartments You can read reviews from Regnum Homes residents on HomeViews. Was a new build when I first moved in but certain parts were not quite finished. That aside, it was great to have everything more or less brand new and with some furnishing also. 3 yrs on and we’re still waiting for the owners of the building to finish a garden and install a lift that’s been promised since I moved in. Everything within the flat itself is fine and if you need anything done internally it’s done immediately which is good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Southbank is great as you have the river, Waterloo, London Bridge and all the main attractions of London right on your doorstep. Including borough market. Transport links a plenty, shops and restaurants all close by and even if you wanted to stay in the number of deliveroo options is phenomenal! :)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When you move to central London you just don’t realise how much building work will be forever going on. In the 3yrs I’ve been here. There’s been so much transformation around me. When before you thought, there was no need. Everything seemed ok.
