The regeneration of Stockport town centre, especially around the new bus interchange, has really revitalised the area. The influx of independent bars and restaurants has brought a vibrant energy, making Stockport a go-to spot with the high rents of Manchester.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The on site team have been really helpful in responding to maintenance and helping set up my bills.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be great if they had co working space and a gym but there is one near by.

Me and my Fiancé have just moved into The Interchange Stockport property. We're first time renters and Andy at plumlife has been a great help, always ready to answer a question. The property is in a perfect location, with options to live high in the sky or low on the floor. You're 5 mins away from the bus station which can take you all over Manchester, and 10 mins away from the Stockport train station where you can get even further for days out with no stress. You're right next to the Stockport shopping center which hosts a variety of shops, resturants and fun activities at the RedRock. Living here feels really convinent and is the perfect home not being too big but being a fair price for what we get. Furnishing is all new and modern. Would recommend to any first time renters or renters looking for a good home, they have a variety of rooms with different sizes for different needs. Beware they do go fast due to their popularity though.

Yes, though I would say it'd more quires then issues.
