Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a lot of facilities here on Royal Wharf that is perfect such as the no. of shops/ restaurants and the gym & pool! The overall aesthetic of the wharf is very well looked after. The parking on the wharf if super expensive, we are wanting to get a car but cannot afford to pay the monthly charge it is crazy high. There has been a lot of anti social behaviour over the past year of phone thefts.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We had wish we'd known how long for the development in front of us would take to building lot's of noise pollution.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the layout of our apartment being a corner flat with lots of windows and light.

Very good locality to stay with good amenities around at the drop of a hat. School, pubs, restaurants, hair dresser, GP, ice cream parlour, dry cleaner, pharmacy, grocery, nursery for children

Good variety of shops on the development now however the supermarket Sainsbury’s is very badly run and there desperately needs to be another option.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Riverscape being built directly in front of us and the horrendous hours and breaches the builders did through our construction

What is the best feature of your home:

Views of central London albeit riverscape blocking most of it now!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is brand new and very nice/modern Many local shops The only downside I see is the lack of transportation after the DLR stops. There’s a night bus but it’s far. Nothing really near the estate although many people live here I think TFL should make this a zone 2 area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and efficiently I’m always very impressed with their response time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’m pretty impressed with the estate overall. It’s beautiful and a pleasure to get home to.

While it is a brilliant idea to have the food market once or twice every month, it would be better to have more diversified shops in RW, especially supermarket given there is only one there (Sainsburys) and it runs out of food by 4pm...

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management so far is more responsive to issues like electricity or security issues.

There is more transparency when it comes to management fee from Ballymore.
