Good building but could have more amenities for the price paid. Some buildings do not have access to bicycles storage so it is annoying in that aspect. Also having frequent issues with the lift. Some share areas such as reception are quite dirty and parcels gets stolen

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not many shops around but quite close to the city centre. Street is quite enough however the big road on the other side gets a bit annoying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond but they take a long time to get someone around to fix stuff

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Main road on one side is quite loud and lots of uni students

For a 2 bed flat, the open kitchen makes the living room space very spacious. Furnitures looks smart in simple design but also comfortable and clean. Easy to clean. The Windows have good sound insulation. The building is maintained well. Clean lift and exit stairs all the time. Clear notice and guidance for COVID19 and handsenitizer facility on ground floor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

like the green environment, facilities inside the flat, quiet location while close to two grocery stores, some restaurants, a GP clinic, a pharmacy, a post office and a bus stop. Dislike thr family with kids on top floor causing noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow response in dealing with noise issue from neighbor. Generally good. Get response within two working days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Whether the future neighbor from upstairs and next door neighbor have children. Kids are noisy and energetic at their age and you cant do much to really change it or ask your neighbor to minimize the noise.

Different issues that agency can't or doesn't want to solve. Different problems with the doors and stolen parcels. Management doesn't care about it and claims it is not their issue. CCTV cameras that don't work. Lots of noise from construction work outside.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good commute, close to town centre

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Told us it was induction cook but it wasn't

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Fixing issues. More contact with management as they sometimes ignore emails

Excellent development, but comes with several small annoyances

Flats themselves are excellent. Very spacious and comfortable. Only downside to the flat itself is windows barely open, so difficult to get fresh air in. Flats come well equipped, however the hot water / heating system is a nightmare. Expensive and frustrating "top up" process. Building comes with bike storage, however not very secure as several bikes have been stolen due to front door not closing properly. Building is equipped with security cameras, but they don't seem to be monitored or have the footage available when requested (e.g. if a parcel has gone missing)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent transport in to city centre or trafford centre Local shops for convenience, such as coop. 10 minute walk from retail park with Asda, B&M, Argos & more. No local bars or cafes, but 15 minutes from First Street.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Heating and water system is a huge faff and has historically charged ridiculously high rates. Heating itself isn't very beneficial. If the thermostats are low on battery, it turns the heating on and you start getting charged...

What is the best feature of your home:

Spaciousness and comfortable. High quality bathrooms and kitchen

The design is fantastic. Alot of open space and fresh air with lots of light coming in. Very quiet development, which gives you space to work/study. A beautiful garden in the center. Communal areas are cleaned regularly. The community is friendly and safe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a very student friendly area with University nearby and many local shops with a massive ASDA at just 10 minutes walking distance. There’s also a Co-op and Morrisons nearby. Apart from student accommodations many families live in the community

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The neighbourhood is very friendly

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would perhaps have a parking space for residents and a community area with a gym and other facilities
