The apartment is overall very well equipped with top of the line appliances. The common areas are also great for socializing and work. Staff is very professional and punctual. The place also has secure parking which is a benefit if owning a car. Additionally the parcel collection system is great meaning no missed deliveries ever.

Great area with easy access to public transport. Situated in a great part of the city that is relatively quiet and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes any issues were responded to and solved directly especially with the 24/7 contact to front of house(reception staff)

Apartment has been great, no further comments regarding it.

The building is new and the apartment is cozy, bright, and well-equipped with a kitchen that includes all major appliances like a microwave, oven, fridge, etc. The living room is comfortable with large windows offering a good view of the city. The design is modern yet simplistic.

Living here is convenient with well-connected public transportation, easy bin collections, and secure parcel collection. Common areas are well-maintained and overall it's secure, with CCTVs and a 24/7 concierge.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response has been quick, addressing issues promptly and efficiently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The closest grocery store is farther than I expected. However, with public transport, it's okay to get around conveniently.

Design was modern. Streamlined and pleasant. Apartments are full of natural light. Noise levels are low. The management is very good and available on WhatsApp at all times. Good internet connection and nice communal areas to work and take meetings. Very pleasant

Apartments are in a great location. Big windows full of natural light. receptionist were always helpful and reachable. Julia was especially helpful.

Very well. Julia and other staff were always available and on hand to help with any issues.

Where the mail room was. Sometimes getting packages delivered was a bit confusing.

I like the common rooms set in Highfield. It’s quite convenient for studying or working or having a chat with friends. I have been expecting for a gym room-which may make it more convenient for exercise everyday. If it is set, I don’t need to go out.

This is a very safe and quiet place to live. There are 24 hours CCTV and you can call the staff there for help at any time. They are very friendly and can help us reserve the parcel or solve some other problems. Pets are welcomed here and you need to pay for each month.

I live around Coventry University. It’s quite convenient to go to the city center. Bin collections are easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded to my issues in time and they are willing to help me at any time.

The place is mainly set for working people and it’s quiet at night. So I don’t need to worry about noise.
