Cannot complain when it comes to value for money. If you're looking for luxury this isn’t it.

I think the design of the building is average. Especially in comparison with the one that’s just been built right across the road from here. Other than parking there are no other facilities here. Building management is good, most of the time I’m able to reach management and get any issues I have sorted within a reasonable time frame. Property management is below average in my opinion. There are always things broken and are sometimes unresolved for years.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything you need is a stones throw away. Things like transport, shopping, petrol, post office etc There are very few restaurants and I would say there a no quality restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Parking isn’t as bad as other others but my experience here is very limited as I park in the building I live in. Living on this street is an absolute nightmare in regards to traffic noise and anti social behaviour. I have been very close to moving because of these issues. This is due to the shops opposite the building, one in particular being open until 4am. It’s not as bad during the winter as no one really wants to stand outside in the cold, however when the weather starts warming up it is a nightmare. Bins are collected on time every time with no issues

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always get an any issue I have sorted within a reasonable time frame

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise and the anti social behaviour would have been something I would have loved to know about because I would not have moved here had I known. I’ve almost gotten used to it but if you value peace and quiet, that’s something you will have to sacrifice for everything else you get for living in this location. Theft is also an issue in this building, people’s parcels go missing on a regular basis.
