The development is really special. The way the buildings are designed means most flats get a view of the river (and the views are great) and they are far apart from each other that one feels connected but private. The security inside the building is also good with only residents of a particular floor having access to that floor - so it feels quite cosy. The quality of the build is also good and we do not hear the neighbours except when on the balcony but that is only to be expected and it does not disturb. There is interior parking and we have an enormous private storage area of 17 square metres. There is a concierge service who are very nice and professional.

Good design, and nice facilities when open! Property management is slightly inept if well-intentioned. For example, we had our water supply turned off without notice recently which obviously isn't great for various reasons, especially during lockdown! The residents are relatively well-behaved and share a desire for peace and quiet.

Building is well designed with most apartments having balconies looking out onto the Thames. Plenty of underground parking and large bin collection areas. Concierge service is very good as is the gym, and general property management is also very good.

The building and property management is poorly run as simple things like the lifts are often faulty, and upkeep of the newly built isn’t up to scratch. The safety that we pay towards is a joke as both my bike and partners bike has been stolen from the underground basement and not reimbursed.
