Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I bought a flat in this property and have recently moved in. The property is lovely, the location is so prime. Every morning when I wake up I can hear the sound of the waves (gives me a feeling I’m living in a resort) Beautiful walking paths and cycling tracks. The gym and pool are also nice. There is a tennis court too which is an added bonus. Overall a great experience ☺️

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt and professional Things were done quickly .

It’s better than what I expected- so no comments.

The development is really special. The way the buildings are designed means most flats get a view of the river (and the views are great) and they are far apart from each other that one feels connected but private. The security inside the building is also good with only residents of a particular floor having access to that floor - so it feels quite cosy. The quality of the build is also good and we do not hear the neighbours except when on the balcony but that is only to be expected and it does not disturb. There is interior parking and we have an enormous private storage area of 17 square metres. There is a concierge service who are very nice and professional.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Greenwich itself is a wonderful place with a nice centre and of course the beautiful park, and we are a short walk - 15 mins - along the river path with no cars to reach it. There all kinds of restaurants and shops are available for different tastes. There are a couple of smaller supermarkets right next door and a larger Waitrose can be reached by bicycle - again without going on a single road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded immediately to some small issues we had when we moved in but since then everything is working. The service charges are quite high though. The garage is usually dirty from all the building work - they are completing the final building now but hopefully this will get better after that.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had not realised there would be a yearly fee - 200 pounds - to pay for the right to use the car park, even when I bought the car parking space.

Good design, and nice facilities when open! Property management is slightly inept if well-intentioned. For example, we had our water supply turned off without notice recently which obviously isn't great for various reasons, especially during lockdown! The residents are relatively well-behaved and share a desire for peace and quiet.

Fantastic location in terms of access to the park but there definitely could be a better range of restaurants locally. Good connections but don't leave your window open or walk around by yourself at night.

That the cladding was going to have to be replaced

The location which combines everything that we want from a property in that regard.

Building is well designed with most apartments having balconies looking out onto the Thames. Plenty of underground parking and large bin collection areas. Concierge service is very good as is the gym, and general property management is also very good.

Good area to live with a number of local shops (independent plus the usual larger supermarkets) and bars, with several directly looking out onto the Thames. Transport links are also good with North Greenwich tube nearby. Greenwich Town centre also close by as well as Greenwich Park.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are several new bars/restaurants in development nearby that I wasn't aware of

What is the best feature of your home:

The view out onto the Thames with a very nice designed balcony.

The building and property management is poorly run as simple things like the lifts are often faulty, and upkeep of the newly built isn’t up to scratch. The safety that we pay towards is a joke as both my bike and partners bike has been stolen from the underground basement and not reimbursed.

Good access to local shops, restaurants and train stations, however the availability for parking isn’t good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would of been useful knowing if we would have our own concierge.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony as it overlooks Canary Wharf and is really spacious for when people come over.
