Includes underground parking. Free wifi. Modern. Convenient for work and leisure. Quiet at night. Set back. Enjoy the ambience of Madison Square. Good landlord. Reeds Rain. spacious and well decorated apartments. Problems with wind for Sky tv and dish.

Like convenience. Great for young profs. Quiet at night. Nice apartments Sky tv...if can't watch because the dish has blown off, waited a week to fix satellite dish

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Landlord are quick but managers eere not as helpful

About the satellite dish. Management take forever to reposition the dish once it's blown off.

Good place to live not far from my place of work good location for socialising apartment is fine good value for money quite happy here no issues really it just a nice place to live its not too noisy and generally i've got no concerns

Area is great 20 mins walk to work and all pubs bars close by

Close to amenities in the city. Quiet most of the time as set back from main bars and shops areas. friendly. Spacious apartments good standards. Not very modern but not old fashioned. parking and wifi included.

Bang on location. Everything i need is in the area. Area is full of Restaurants in the square

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Up and down. Sometimes quick. Others took 3 mths to finish it.

They were going to build a sheesha bar....air con on all the time

Been here for two years and overall i would definitely recommend. Landlady is lovely and maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. Area is great and very central with lots of bars and restaurants very nearby.

Occasional disruptive fire alarm drills and some street noise

Very well. Landlady and maintenance teams very responsive and deal with issues quickly.

Nothing really comes to mind, maybe just if i had already known my way around, to make things easier.

East village is a great place to live my work is so close along with bars and restaurant facilities below my apartment the town centre is so close. I have lived in my apartment for 6 years now and i am happy here.

Area is amazing so close to my place of work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There havnt een any concerns with maintance but when there was humidity in the bathroom it was resolved
