Icona is a very good asset management company, they get things done quickly, the building management company aren’t very good JFM but Icona sorts all the stuff out if you ask them sometimes they ask you to pay but It is worth it if you want stuff done

Beautiful views, quiet town, clean areas the river is a really nice place to take a walk and good places are good too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly responding to any issues I have, good communication and out of hours management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the property is a bit far from train station

Good Flats, Good Management Company

The new management company are very good, they charge a higher rent but goes to show where the money is being spent, it looks like they have spent loads of money improving the building. They have told me they are doing refurbishments to the interior and exterior

Loads of Good shops and good transport, parking availability (Yes) bin collections, (Yes Wenesday) anti-social behaviour (None) & traffic noise (Minimal)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes They sometimes take some time but very reasonable with the repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ask about the rules in the building and how they operate with repairs

The property management must paint the building, fix the lift, because have a lot of child with buggy in the building, That would make it much easier. Locate a place for garbage, because it's not so cool to keep all the garbage in front of the building. It would also be very good if the second entrance is closed like the first, this makes everyone safe

I loved this area because have a lot of supermarkets and stores The bad is the security, There should be more cameras installed on the streets and buildings

Sometimes, Some still need to be arranged in the house and in the building
