Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Walking distance to the city. On a busy roundabout, but hardly any traffic noise. Underground parking onsite but an extra fee. Modern exterior and interior.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues are acknowledged quickly but not fixed quickly. Replacement hob took two weeks to be completed. Carpet was replaced due to damage from previous tenant but should have been done before we moved in.

What furnishings were included, clearer expectations for setting up utilities.

Very nice building close to Nottingham station/ tram stop and city center. Easy and close to get to shops and restaurants. Parking available and even a private Hylyfe car.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have fixed the apartments balconys door also replaced the bulbs

Blinds aren't available so need to buy them yourself and install

I like the sharing gym. Also, concierge service very helpful. It is not noisy here. This is very important for me

Great! We have our own app. In this app I can provide all my questions

I found this place in internet. This building 100% better than traditional apartments

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

City centre so there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Also great transport links. It would be nice if there was a closer convenience shop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly yes but I haven’t always had a response and a couple of issues were ignored

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rent would increase after one year. There wasn’t an oven in the apartment.
