Hollybrook Homes Limited developments You can find out more about Hollybrook Homes Limited on HomeViews. Listed developments include Hallings Wharf Studios, a collection of minimalist, open-plan homes next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and The Refinery, luxury apartments in the heart of the Royal Docks. Meanwhile, for plenty of wraparound greenery and close proximity to Mile End, Bethnal Green and Stepney Green stations, Suttons Wharf North is a good choice. "The buildings arent the most beautiful – but they do give you lots of light and are lovely inside. I find lots of these developments the same so for me the most important thing was transport links and outside space – Regents Canal is right there which is perfect for walking and cycling. Mile End Park, also located close by on the opposite side of the canal is a beautiful open park." – Hayley, resident at Suttons Wharf North Hollybrook Homes Limited reviews "Other tenants are only rarely heard over, the concierge takes care of the security of the building very well. The elevator functions at all times and it feels as if there wouldn’t be too many other tenants here, it’s always quite private inside. The flats are modern and practical." – JuditP, verified resident at Hallings Wharf Studios Click on the Hollybrook Homes developments below to find out more and read reviews from residents. This apartment complex is highly recommended to everyone. Very conveniently located, Stratford High Street DLR station, Stratford station, as well as Stratford International Station are all in walking distance. There is a big exclusive parking lot for tenants, and the building is convenient for bike riding too. The design of the building is nice, there are big windows and we even have a spacious balcony. Other tenants are only rarely heard over, the concierge takes care of the security of the building very well. The elevator functions at all times and it feels as if there wouldn't be too many other tenants here, it's always quite private inside. The flats are modern and practical.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All shops very close, many restaurants to order from. Transport is excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The pathways are quite narrow in the building.

Great service

The NHBC Pride in the Job award and Seal of Excellence award are fully deserved - this is a fantastic development and affordable. We have rented within developments before and whilst this isn't the fanciest one we have rented the service level is great, there are hardly any issues and the location is fantastic - such a quick walk to the tube. We love being on the canal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were nervous after having bad experiences with developers and service managers who don't respond to queries but have not found that here and our landlord is really helpful, easy living.
