Highlands Investments Developments The Drapery is a Highlands Investments development located on Holloway Road in North London. It is comprised of 111 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Residents praise this development for it for its great location from being placed on a bustling road full of a variety of shops. Highlands Investments Reviews “I’ve lived here for 6 years. Everyone I meet is very friendly. The building seems pretty quiet – although people have parties the sound doesn’t travel too much. The views are great the higher the floor, especially if you are an Arsenal fan! The communal areas sometimes have too much litter but the cleaner is good and the guy who manages the building is always on the case, very efficient, and keeps us updated if any issues arise. The transport links are amazing and Uber from central London is affordable.” - Rachel, a resident at The Drapery You can read more about Highlands Investments’s developments by clicking on the properties linked below to read what residents have to say about living there. It's all very good, can't complain about anything regarding the building.

It's all very good, can't complain about anything regarding the building. Other than that the building itself needs a bit of work so I would say that renovation is required and the building needs better service and security.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like how everything is very convenient in terms of stores, no major qualms

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The code number for the door and the fact that there is a trash chute inside the building

This building is good, people are friendly, the area is pretty decent to live in. I have had no problems since being here so overall the area is good and I would definitely recommend living in the area.

Flats are clean and well made but if you have like a big family (minimum 3) people always end up sharing rooms it can get stuffy and a little crowded if you have guests and king of troublesome. Always make sure to be clean

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's quiet during the day but at night it's quite dangerous and loud shops are fine but a lot is changing

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure to keep your house clean and tidy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There's a real community feel from Charlie on the fruit stall to Jaffar in Croissant d'Or, to the team at The Swimmer. The numerous delicious Stroud Green restaurants are nearby and with a running/walking track from Highbury Woods through Finsbury Park and round Woodberry Wetlands there's something for everyone!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There's no aircon - first world problem in the summer on the fourth floor!
